Toledo Lighthouse Festival

The Toledo Lighthouse Festival is held annually the weekend after the 4th of July at Maumee Bay State Park. The 2008 festival is July 12th and 13th.

The festival features a boat trip to the lighthouse, island music, nautical arts and crafts, a lighthouse photo contest, children’s activities, and hopefully fireworks. A silent auction is a key fund raiser for the event.

The 2008 festival features Beach Boys music by The Bonkers on Saturday evening, Great Lakes music by Lee Murdock singing the Toledo Lighthouse song on Saturday at 2:00p.m.; Jimmy Buffet music by McCarthy at 4:00 pm on Saturday. Sunday enjoy the Maumee Community Band.
