Clare Island Light Price Drop

Clare Island Lighthouse, on the market since 2006, apparently has had no interest with a price tag of 2.1 million Euros ($3,303,912 USD). The company listing it has cut the asking price down to 500,000 Euros, or only $786,645.90 USD. Want to make an offer on it at that price?
