Birth of a Lighthouse

Coming this weekend, there will be a series about a new lighthouse being built in Washington state. This will be a rare opportunity to watch a lighthouse being designed from the ground up. A little teaser…it will be 62 feet in height, and will be a private aid to navigation. Thanks to Tim Arntzen, who works for a port district in the state, for providing us with this fascinating look at the creation of a lighthouse.
